Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom jewelry and made-to-order items may require additional time; estimated production timelines will be provided at checkout or on a follow up email if it is not on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $100. International shipping rates and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
